Open **Booking** in the side rail (under Calendar).

## Create a booking page

Choose **New booking page** and set:

| Field | Options | Default |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Title | Up to 80 characters | |
| Length | 15, 20, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes | 30 minutes |
| Days | Any days of the week | Monday to Friday |
| From / Until | Bookable hours, in your time zone | 9:00 to 17:00 |
| Minimum notice | Under two weeks | 4 hours |
| Bookable up to | 1 to 90 days ahead | 21 days |
| Gap around meetings | 0 to 120 minutes | 10 minutes |
| Description | Optional, shown on the page, up to 500 characters | |
| Send the guest a calendar invite | Sent by Google from your calendar | On |
| Add a Google Meet link | | On |

Choose **Create booking page**. A business can have up to 20.

## Share it

Each page has a public link like `https://sydbar.app/book/your-business/intro-call`, with **Copy** and **Preview**. Put it in an email or your signature.

Guests see free times from your Google Calendar, pick one, and enter their name, email and an optional note. The booking lands on your calendar and on the client's history when they're already a client.

## Change, pause or delete

**Edit** changes the rules. **Pause** takes the page offline (it shows "Paused") until **Resume**. **Delete** removes it.

## Limits that protect your calendar

- One guest can hold 3 bookings in any rolling week: "You already have bookings coming up…"
- A business takes up to 20 bookings a day: "This day is fully booked."

## Requirements

Booking pages read your calendar's free and busy times, so the business needs Google connected with calendar access. Without it, pages show "not available" and the Booking screen says what to fix.

## With an agent

Agents connected over MCP can list, create and change booking pages with `list_booking_pages`, `create_booking_page` and `update_booking_page`, using the same defaults.

**Set up booking pages** (copy this to your agent):

```text
In Sydbar, list my businesses, then create a booking page for {business} called "Intro call": 30 minutes, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 in my time zone, with a Google Meet link. Ask me before creating anything, and give me the public link when it's done.
```

## Booked calls become context

When the guest is already a client, the call has a Meet link and transcripts are on, Sydbar brings the transcript onto the client after the call, ready to [draft a scope of work](/docs/agency-loop).
