## Connect

On **Business context**, choose **Connect Notion**, or connect it under **Settings → Connections → Project tools**.

Prefer a token? Create an internal integration at [notion.so/profile/integrations](https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations), paste its secret, then share the pages you want with it (••• → Connections in Notion).

## Import pages

Under **From Notion**, search, pick who it's for (the whole business or one client) and choose **Import**. The page arrives in **Waiting for confirmation** as Markdown, cut at 100 KB. Sydbar uses it only after you confirm.

## Stays up to date

Every hour Sydbar checks imported pages. When one was edited in Notion, the new text arrives as a new version to confirm. Remove the source to stop following the page.
